Exchange or Return of Goods – Terms & Conditions

We strive to deliver quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following terms apply:

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
Custom-made or specially ordered items are non-returnable, unless defective.
Delivery and return transport costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to product defects or delivery errors.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned item passes inspection.
